REGULUS-system offer is without doubt unquestionable third way of heating technique in the segment of heat distribution, comparing to standard offer of wall heaters and underfloor heating. This offer complements all groups of target users in more complete way. More interesting and wiser setups of central heating systems evolve also thanks to the presence of REGULUS-system products on the market. When creating c.h. system which takes into account individual expectations of the users, you need consider its three functions: optimal heat production, optimal accumulation of produced heat and optimal distribution of heat consistent with the requirements of the user.
REGULUS-system heaters and condensing boilers
REGULUS-system heaters have high efficiency in every temperature of installation. Small mass of heater and water contained within results in small thermal inertia. They cooperate with condensing boilers with success. The degree of required adjustment of REGULUS-system heaters for condensing boilers is much lower than heaters of other type. REGULUS-system heaters are much more dynamic. Their work with lower temperatures much better than other heaters. Thermal conductivity factor of copper and aluminium is higher than that of steel or aluminium alone, so the heat reception from the heating medium by REGULUS-system heaters is more efficient.
REGULUS-system heaters and coal boilers
REGULUS-system heaters are one of the few that can work in the open system without the risk of corrosion, admissible for installations with solid fuel boilers without losing warranty. Boiler producers confirm that they see no contraindications for configuring their boilers with REGULUS-system heaters. If heat excess problem occurs, especially with fuel of variable calorific value and during periods of changeable insolation and external temperature, it is advantageous to use additional heat tank, as a heat accumulating buffer.
We do not recommend using thermostatic valves, with or without heads, at all cost, or other elements increasing hydraulic resistance. It’s preferable to seal off the heaters with ordinary ball valves – since these have the greatest flow rate.
The course of installation always need to be done like for gravity circulation – with fall, without siphons. In case of electicity malfunction, the installation will work gravitationally with no problems.
